Anti-Corruption and Anti-Bribery Policy

The Casais Group is committed to upholding the highest standards of ethics, transparency, and integrity in all its activities and business relationships. As part of this commitment, we recognize the importance of acting in accordance with regulations and compliance standards, which ensure responsible conduct in line with international best practices.

To reinforce this commitment by the Group, we have implemented the Anti-Corruption and Anti-Bribery Policy, which aims to combat and prevent corruption and bribery within the companies that make up the Casais Group.

Plan for the Prevention of Corruption and Related Offenses

Corruption is a global phenomenon that affects all societies and economies, undermines democratic institutions and values, and jeopardizes the stability and development of societies. For these reasons, preventing and eradicating corruption is the responsibility of all States, which must rely on the cooperation of society as a whole.

Committed to upholding the highest standards of ethics, integrity, and transparency in the management of its business operations and partnerships, and ensuring compliance with the provisions of the RGPC, the Casais Group has developed the Plan for the Prevention of Corruption and Related Offenses (PPR), which identifies and ranks the risks present in the areas of activity of the Group’s companies that are most exposed to acts of corruption and related offenses, as well as the preventive and corrective measures designed to reduce the likelihood of such risks occurring and the impact of the identified risks.

Interim Assessment Report on the Risks of Corruption and Related Offenses

The Interim Assessment Report on Corruption Risks and Related Offenses is a crucial tool for monitoring and tracking the implementation of the Plan for the Prevention of Corruption Risks and Related Offenses (PPR).

The purpose of this report is to assess the evolution of the situations identified as high- or maximum-risk in the PPR, thereby determining whether the mitigation measures implemented have been effective.

The midterm assessment of corruption risks and related violations is a key mechanism for ensuring transparency, integrity, and compliance with anti-corruption standards.

Annual Evaluation Report on the Plan for the Prevention of Corruption and Related Offenses

The primary purpose of the Annual Evaluation Report on the Plan for the Prevention of Corruption and Related Offenses is to assess the effectiveness of the measures implemented under the Plan for the Prevention of Corruption and Related Offenses, identifying progress, challenges, and potential needs for revising strategies to mitigate the risks of corruption and related offenses.

Its development reflects a commitment to preventing corruption and contributes to transparency and corporate integrity.
